What is the best way to acquire your game license after you have purchased the game?

I purchased Virtual Villagers2-The Lost Children but can't activate it beyond the 5 minute excursions. I couldn't get the inlaid gong piece and my villagers were losing abilities (ie, a master builder became an adept builder). Any answers or suggestions would be nice.What is the best way to acquire your game license after you have purchased the game?
I've bought a few games off yahoo! and I haven't had that problem..



Did you click the active now on the left side of the menu? Has your CC gone thru and did you get a conformation email? If you have done this there should be a support in the email you were sent after you purchased it.
