Do you think she in return should show her love by suffering? If this relationship gets more intense, are you going to say to her IF YOU REALLY LOVED ME, YOU WOULD NOT MAKE ANY PLANS WITH ANYONE AT ALL IN CASE I WANT TO SPONTANEOUSLY SEE YOU. IF YOU REALLY LOVED ME YOU WOULD CUT YOUR HAIR SHORT, WEAR NO MAKEUP AND LENGTHEN YOUR HEMLINES SO OTHER CHAPS WOULDN'T FIND YOU SO ATTRACTIVE and so on and so on. 3) she may not be at that point in the relationship
4) she may not feel that at all for you and it was her way of dealing with it
5) she may feel that way but was too embarassed to say it back because she may not have been in a relationship such as yours.
you should ask her" why did you laugh about it" if she can't explain it to you
find a girl that will cry when you say that as she may not be into you like that and you don't want to be with someone that you have to wonder how they really feel as it will cause more dram afor you down the road!

Well, its rather simple WHY she did it. When somebody laughs = its either funny or embarassing or uncomfortable or unexpected.
In this case its not funny. Its probs a bit unexpected and uncomfortable and ...well, embarassing.
Also, it might of been a way to cover up that she didn't know how to react. I think shes not ready to say it back to you...but I know as time goes on she WILL be! :D
So, keep your head up high + be brave and confident and keep saying it and one day, maybe when you least expect it she will say I LOVE YOU, and maybe you will laugh ( Although, I wouldn't recommend this! She might feel hurt)

Sounds like you truly love her but she isn't sure about her feelings yet. Has she been hurt in the past? She may be scared to commit in fear of being hurt again. Or she may not be taking you seriously. (I heard of that before and look what happened) Give it more time and then try again. See what she says. If she still won't say "I love you too" back, she may not be the one for you.
