Why can't I retrieve the last gong in Virtual Villagers 2?

I've bought all levels of tech except level 3 of science. I have 5 totems and i've placed one in the middle of the mosaic thingy but i still don't see a gong. Anything i'm doing wrong? Getting really frustrated as i've spent 2 days playing this game. Do I have to complete the diff. collections before i get it? Help please?Why can't I retrieve the last gong in Virtual Villagers 2?
I dunno but I hope someone does cause this is happening to me right now and I came to find out. I tried what the other person said and so far no luck with that either. Grrrr.



UPDATE: DId you get the game from reflexive.com?? I went there and it says that there is an updated version that came out yesterday to fix a bug in solving the gong puzzle. If you didn't get it there, maybe you can check with where you got it and see if they have an update. What sucks is that I think I have to start all over once I get the update. I had to hit the middle of the mosaic with the totem several times before the gong piece appeared. You may also need to quit the game, and then open the game back up again.
