"This display card does not support (1024x768x16BPP)@60Hz". - HELP! (for a game)?

Ok so I have downloaded other Virtual Villagers锘?in the past and they have all worked when I play it, but i downloaded Virtual Villagers 5 and everything but when i click on it to play a error pops up and says {"This display card does not support (1024x768x16BPP)@60Hz".} and then { "Could not open display. error code:锘?0xc8660110." } can some one please help meeee :(

How old is your pc?

Just wondering because if your display card does not support those specs '(1024x768x16BPP)@60Hz".}' . then it may be time to upgrade.
