The easiest way to get a walkthough is to Google Virtual Villagers 5 walkthrough. The first page that comes up for me is Jay's Casual Games which has a complete walkthrough.

But just to answer your other questions,

1. The Purple Heathen in the medical area just needs to be healed, drop people with medical focuses on him until you succeed.

2. The scientist heathen needs to see a mathematical formula, which a master scientist can put on the 'boards' at the rear of the science area.

3. The master builder needs someone to beat him at a building contest, but that takes the speed power and a master builder to complete.

The others I can't remember off the top of my head.

To repair the aqueduct you need Building 2 tech, an adept or better scientist, and builders. Drop the scientist on the aqueduct, then the builders on the aqueduct as well. When the scientist wanders off you will have to return him/her to the aqueduct and then replace all the workers. Keep at it and the farm will become available.

The rainbow totem requires you to build the clothing hut, which I believe is Building 2 tech. After the hut is finished a bunch of pots will appear next to the farm. Drop one villager on the yellow pot, and then immediately drop another on the red pot. You want a little delay between them, but not much. If they are successful they will carry the dye to the springs and create orange water, causing all the heathens to flee the pools. While they are gone, tear down the totem. If you don't succeed in the first try, redye the water. The dye pots don't do anything else and disappears when the rainbow totem is destroyed.
